Hot Mill Roller have superior strength、tenacity and heat resistance due to the special design structure. The roller can be used in high density plastic plate and sheet forming and non-woven fabric heat compounding.
The roller body Select super quality alloy steel such as 38CrMoA1A，42CrMo，60CrMoV，9Cr2Mo etc. The surface hardness can be reached HRC58-62 after the machining and heat treatment.
The roller inside structure design as spiral channel and circum drilling hole,the temperature difference between double sides of the roller will be smaller and the thermal efficiency will be higher.
